If you are interested in pole fitness, you've come to the right place! I am so excited for you and am here to support you.
Pole fitness (or pole dancing - whatever you'd like to use!) provides a fully integrated workout that not only improves your strength, flexibility and coordination, but also offers a wide variety of mental health benefits such as self-confidence and reduced stress and anxiety. The best part is you foster a sense of "empowerment" by challenging yourself to a new form of exercise.
Currently, the majority of my classes are offered to absolute beginners. Each class is then tailored to the individual's growing progress they have made on their journey, and I always ensure safety and proper form is dialed in before trying anything new.
As with most individuals that experience social anxiety as they try something new, my classes are currently offered as private sessions, allowing individuals to feel as comfortable as possible in a judgement-free zone. For ease of comfort for those that may be cautious of trying a class alone, I also offer semi-private group classes (up to 2 individuals).
